About Me
I have always known that I was meant to work with animals. This lead me to study Zoology at university followed by a Masters degree in Animal Behaviour. From there I spent 2 years working with dogs in an RSPCA rescue centre. This really sparked my passion for rehabilitation in all forms (both behavioural and physical). It also gave me valuable experience working with more challenging and nervous dogs.
I then went on to run my own little pet accessories business before working at the Royal Veterinary College Animal Hospital in the neurology and surgery wards. Here I developed a particular interest and passion for neurology. While working there I studied Veterinary Physiotherapy alongside it and graduated from Harper Adams University with a distinction in 2024. I'm also currently working towards my level 4 canine hydrotherapy qualification.
I am now committed to using my skills and knowledge to improve the lives of animals through veterinary physiotherapy. Whether that's by providing pain relief, helping animals return to function after injury or surgery or by improving strength and fitness of athletes to get the best results and avoid injury.
In my spare time I enjoy spending time with my dog - 12 year old French bulldog cross, Maddie. I also enjoy reading, crafting, gaming and dance.
